How do I wash my hands?
Stayin' Alive isn't just a good song to practice CPR but also to wash your hands to:
How do I use a face mask?
The face masks aren't medical masks but could help with the following:
it can help you to avoid touching your face since the mask makes you much more aware of it
it helps you from spreading droplets when talking or coughing
in a certain amount it can also help you from inhaling other people's droplets when they speak or cough but this can't be guaranteed!
The face masks are produced under strict hygiene and safety standards, however, we would always recommend washing a new fabric or piece of clothing before use.
The most important rules are:
wash your hands before putting on your mask
touch only the elastic bands, not the mask itself
when putting on the mask (with very clean hands!), you can touch the mask to put it in the right position, after that it's hands off
replace when dirty or moist
don't touch the mask again until you can take it off (when it's dirty or moist), take it off by the elastic bands, then put it in the laundry (preferably in a ziplock bag)
wash your hands afterwards
Wash used masks at 60°C at least (not in eco mode as this might lower the temperature). Keep the clean mask in a clean bag or box and only touch the elastic bands. If you can't wash at a high temperature, make sure to iron the mask on a high temperature, preferably with steam.
