Parcels are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

Occasionally there may be a delay due to busy times (end of the year!) or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package cannot be shipped within 3 working days, we will report this on our website or send you an email.

Your parcel will remain available in a bpost collection machine for 5 days (from day 1 in the morning to day 5 in the evening).

Your parcel will remain available for 14 days at a bpost collection point .

After this period, the package will be returned to us and additional costs may be charged.

This depends on the order value. For orders under €19.50 we are forced to charge almost the full cost for the courier service to avoid loss.

The shipping prices are:

Order up to € 19.49: € 8.50

Order € 19.50 - € 49.49: € 6.50

Order € 49.50 - € 89.99: € 5.50

Order from € 90: free shipping
