You can report a return within 14 days after receiving your order. You then have 14 days to get the product to us.

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days after we have received the returned products in good condition. You can choose to exchange your product for a different size or another product, exchange it for a gift card or get your money back.

Sales items (discounted items purchased during sales periods) and underwear cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns, but... If you have an account, you can use your smarty points for a return label (and also for a new shipping label if you want to exchange a product).

Depending on how many smarty points you have in your VIP wallet, your return label will be free or with a discount. Each smarty point is worth €0.01.

We can offer you a return label from DPD for € 5.50 (see above), but as a private individual you can often ship cheaper.

For +/- € 4.40 you can create a bpost shipping label to send your return to a bpost collection point. Here you can create such a label.

Please let us know by email that we can expect your return.

For very small shipments, letter post is an option (but more risky because it cannot be traced).

We can offer you a return label from DPD for € 7.75. You can then bring your parcel to a DPD collection point.
